PROBLEM 2 WE HAVE STREET FURNITURE BUT IT IS EASILY DESTROYED BY STREET VANDALS AND IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE CITY TO PUT NEW ONES. SOMETIMES BENCHES AND LITTER BINS DISAPPEAR.
