Up, up and away…. . Sunday 20 March All staff and students in both groups will travel by bus from St Hilda’s to Brisbane Airport and then by plane from Brisbane to Canberra. Group 1 – need to take their morning tea in a disposable plastic bag 5. 15 am Report in to designated staff member at the bus stop on Cougal Street In order to arrive at the airport by the required check-in time, the buses will 5. 30 am depart at 5: 30 am sharp. 7. 00 am Check in for flights at Brisbane Airport 8. 35 am Group Depart Brisbane Airport aboard QANTAS QF 1545 20 March 1 Virgin Australia – Sunday, 11. 25 am Arrive Canberra Airport 10: 30 am Student arrive at Cougal Street - report to staff Group 2 – need to take their lunch busdisposable plastic bag 11: 00 am Depart by in a for Brisbane Airport 10. 45 am Report in to designated staff member at Cougal Street In order to arrive at the airport by the required check-in time, the buses will 11. 00 am depart at 11. 00 am sharp. 12. 30 pm Check in for flights at Brisbane Airport 2. 00 pm Depart Brisbane Airport aboard VIRGIN VA 1218 4. 50 pm Arrive Canberra Airport

Wednesday, 23 March Group 1 - Staff and students will travel back by bus from Brisbane Airport to St Hilda’s School to be collected by parents. 5. 00 pm Arrive Canberra Airport, check in for flights 6. 30 pm Depart Canberra Airport aboard QANTAS QF 1554 7. 15 pm Arrive Brisbane Airport 7. 45 pm Depart Brisbane Airport by bus 8. 45 pm Approx arrival at St Hilda’s – parents to collect from Cougal Street Group 2 - Staff and students will return from Canberra directly to the Gold Coast Airport where they will need to be collected by parents. 7. 00 pm Arrive Canberra Airport, check in for flights 8. 30 pm Depart Canberra Airport aboard VIRGIN VA 1695 9. 05 pm Arrive Gold Coast Airport – parents to collect from Gold Coast Airport Students MUST check out from staff member prior to leaving with parents.
