The Future: • Build on the public and private sector partnership to accelerate growth • Enhance operational efficiencies for park occupiers whilst providing a range of additional services (administrative and business support) • Continue to attract companies new to the UK, such as Ocean Installer, to the Parks • £ 10 m plus investment planned over the next 7 years to include: – Further development across the Parks, either speculative to meet imminent market demand or bespoke Design & Build projects – Energy Development Centre Phase 2 – construction of a second phase of workshop units to expand the mid size offering across the Parks – Servicing of 25 acres of expansion land – Enhancement of occupier services including business workshops and seminars to facilitate business growth and knowledge transfer between Park occupiers
