The MBL consists of core and role-related learning required globally and locally MBL Service line learning Firm-wide learning Partner learning Page 4 Learning content which SL steering committees have defined as being core or rolerelated for all their people globally. This includes any sub-service line and competency -specific requirements as well as any service line-specific sector learning content. This would also include additional core and role-related content required locally for which there is no globally-defined content. Learning content defined as core or role-related for all people at a particular rank regardless of service line. This includes cross-service line sector content. Learning content considered core and role-related made up of both technical and firm -wide for all partners.
Coordination Process Ø Global Service Line Learning leaders have engaged with sub-service line leaders, Talent leaders and Area leadership to input into and review the FY 15 MBL Ø Size of the MBL has been considered to ensure it is sized appropriately and that overall it does not represent an unrealistic demand for any one grade Ø A joint communication from the Global Managing Partner – Client Service and Global Managing Partner – Talent has been sent to Area and Regional leaders, asking for their support to for MBL deployment Ø More detailed guidance about the FY 15 learning deployment budgeting activity has been sent to the Area EYU leaders and will be cascaded through the Area L&D teams to Regional L&D and SL stakeholders Page 5
