Who we are looking to subcontract with • Providers to deliver core end-to-end services • Referral partners to provide outreach services to engage potential customers • Training providers to help us respond to local labour market needs • Specialist organisations to offer support for those customers with specific barriers e. g. ex-offenders, ethnic minority communities, people with health problems • Employer forums offering gateways to multiple employer relationships • Pastoral partners to provide support in addressing childcare, housing or financial barriers

Work Programme finance model Our approach • Understand the contract funding model when available and develop • A funding model for end to end supply chain delivery in line with DWP contract payment milestones with higher tariffs for achievement of long term sustainability targets • A flexible outcome specific funding model for specialist provision with higher tariffs for exceeding minimum performance expectations • A model with front end funding for voluntary sector partners and further payments for exceeding minimum performance expectations
