Brief Introduction of Our Group……. q Established since 1986. q Vender for DRDO since 1988. q Intelligent & qualified team of engineers. q Professional work culture. q Service network in major cities. Our Motto q Design & Development of custom projects. q Introducing new concepts for conventional working procedures. q User friendly design concept. q Good after sales service backup. q Reasonable pricing.
CURRENT SCENARIO: q Wired Temperature Monitoring systems require wires to be run between where the temperature is measured and where the temperature data is stored. q Wired temperature monitoring systems are generally much more expensive to install due to the labor involved. q Thermometers can be electronic these days, but the functionality is the same. q The problem with thermometers is that you have to physically go and look at thermometer to know the temperature, and the only way to have records is to manually record them. This is a laborious process and gets expensive. q If you have many temperature-sensitive areas that you want to keep an eye on. q Manual data acquisition. q Wired temperature sensor are analog and no more accuracy. OUR SOLUTION: Wireless Temperature Measurement and Monitoring System…….
Product overview The wireless temperature monitoring system wireless transmits temperature readings from the sensors which are placed on your Data Center Rack to the BMS room which can be remotely connected to PC. Temperature readings are then displayed on PC via our user friendly software.

Hardware Devices- 1. Temperature sensor : 2. Humidity sensor: • Semiconductor Type Temperature Sensors • Includes 3 temperature sensor • Self calibrated, recalibration is not required • Connected to Transmitter unit • Is precisely accurate. • Respond instantly. • Semiconductor Type Humidity Sensor • Connected to Transmitter unit. • It is fully calibrated and provides digital output. • Low power consumption. • Excellent long term stability.
• It measures temperature at 3 different points at single rack using high precision semiconductor 3. Transmitter sensors. (Slave) unit: • Transmits Data through high frequency channel. • Sense 3 temperatures: Lower, Middle and Upper. • Mounted on Data Center Racks. • Self powered, no external power supply required. • Life span up to 5 years. 4. Extender unit: • It is a Intermediate Trans-receiver. • It receives the data from transmitter unit and amplifies the data • and transmits it to the centralized Master unit. • Up to 16 no. slave devices can be handled by one Extender unit. • Operates on 230 v AC supply.
5. Master unit: 6. Data collector PC: • It collects data from all sensors. • converts it to RS 232 for further interpretation. • Up to 16 extender devices can be connected to one Master device. • Equivalent to 256 Temperature sensors. • Collects data from Master unit using COM/ USB ports. • The data is stored in the hard disc drive for future usage. • The PC for installation in BMS room.
Software Applications 1. Live Data • This software application is useful for displaying all live data. • By using MODBUS connectivity you should access live data of each sensor. • Automatically updated sensor data.
2. Export Data Tools • This application is useful for Exporting Temp. Data and Humidity Data with desired date’s • The Exported data is in Excel format. • At time 1 month data you can export. • Exported data will be available in particular assigned folder. • The Temperature sensor Report and Humidity sensor Report are in separate folder.
3. Database management • This application is useful for storage all received Data. • This database update on Real time clock. • Data will store in database with Sequence of received packets. • All the data stored in Hard disk.
4. Hall layout representation • This application is useful for presenting room layout. • By moving cursor on particular rack it will show combine live temperatures. • Rack colors change if set limits out of range. e. g. if temp. above set limit then rack gets RED, if temp. within limit then – Blue color & Below limit –Green • Set limits are site settable. • Automatically update live packet.
5. Graphical analysis Real time Graphical analysis is available for easy interpretation.
Benefits of wireless temperature system • RF based system. • Low power consumption and. • High transmission range. • Convenient master unit and Extender unit has been designed to mount on a ceiling or cage wall and Slave unit be portable to install on rack. • Monitoring: Easy, Real time and Accessible. • Reduce energy cost. • Reduce time taking manual readings. • Inexpensive Wireless temperature sensor that allow you to measure lot of points. • Installation costs are lower because wires do not need to be run to all the areas where temperature is monitored. • Wireless systems are much more mobile.
CONCLUSION ü Significant time save during the installation and no signal wire needed to be routed from sensor transmitter to data collector point. ü As this brief survey of wireless transmitters and receivers for temperature measurement shows, many of the old limitations and complexities of point-to-point, wired interconnected systems no longer apply. ü The engineer, technician can use these new devices to gain a flexibility in monitoring. ü Data can be collected analyzed in real time and for later using readily available.
