WIPEOUT CASTING

GENERAL CASTING REQUIREMENTS • Contestants should successfully pass a medical examination (including lung test, cardiogram and blood pressure check); • Contestants need to be good swimmers; • Contestant should not be older than 60 years; • Contestant cannot weight over 125 kilograms; • Contestants length between 160 and maximum 200 centimeters; • Contestant should not wear glasses (contact lenses are not recommended either); • Contestant should not have piercing(s) in the face, nor big earpieces. • On the Wipeout location medical professionals are always present during the recordings. Before the start of the Qualifier, each contestant’s blood pressure will be measured. • We are always following the physician’s advice, if a contestant is not fit enough by judgment of the Argentine doctor, a contestants will be refused to participate in the challenge.

CASTING Choosing the contestants should be based on the very precize code, which is obligatory for all territories. By upholding the code we will collect a set of people that will attract the viewers. Each country should find the characters as described in following pages.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS FEMALE MODEL People related to the fashion and catwalk who are self-confident and really care about their own look. At the same time they shouldn’t be very fit. Mug and pertoleum jelly on the road will certainly be a big challenge to them. They should be able to comment every possible failure they experience with an emotional and full of pretension style.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS TALL WOMAN TALL MAN Very tall people, minimum 190 cm and maximum 200 cm high with a nonathletic body and ordinary look. Cheerful strappers who feel good about their height. Despite having not satisfying agility they are ambitious and able to look down on the obstacles.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS FAT WOMAN FAT MAN Overweight people whose Body Mass Index is over 30. Maximum weight is 125 kilos. Despite their size they should be able to do elementary physical tasks and feel comfortable about their appearance. Warm and smiley with a good will to say a nice word to a skinny model.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS SHORT WOMAN SHORT MAN Short and tiny people with a fragile silhouette and sharp character. They tend to behave like there were in the limelight, trying to be everywhere and pretending to give an answer on every possible topic. Sometimes being nasty they loose an option to become group mascot. They should be around 160 – 162 cm high.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS FIT GIRL FIT BOY Thanks to the sport they train, they have a great muscular and outstanding agility. Having an experience in acrobatics, parcour or extreme sports, they feel no fear while beating the obstacles. They are the type of wariors who don’t consider losing at all

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS MATURE WOMAN MATURE MAN People over 50 but not crossing the age of 60. Full of energy, vital and supervisory, they could easily imagine themselves as a team leaders. They have a big sense of humour and get on well with other especially younger members of the team. They can always speek their mind in a straight way.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS SEXY WOMAN SEXY MEN People who know how to use their sex appeal. Those who love to flirt and seduce, but also have strong tendencies to manipulate. Aware of own assets, they try to expose them in every possible way. Women and men, experienced with posing fully/ partly naked, striptease etc. , who speak out loudly about it without prudish modesty.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS CRAZY GIRL CRAZY GUY People so crazy, that no one ever knows what idea can come to their heads. They are surprising everyone everywhere. Livelong goal is to make world less boring and insipid. Those whose creativity and impulsiveness has no limits.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS BODYBUILDER- WOMAN BODY BUILDER-MAN People who are into bodybuilding training and whose silhouette is far from the average. Bulking up and gaining muscles is their passion, hobby and lifestyle. Excess luggage is sure: to Argentine they will take tons of nutritions and dumbbells.

CASTING’S ASSUMPTIONS FREAKY GIRL FREAKY GUY People representing all possible subcultures, especially the trendy ones: emo, gothic, ganguro, cosplay, but there’s also a place for tattooaddicts, motorcycle fans, manga readers and heavy metal listeners. They are strongly attached to their subculture, behave and dress in a very specific way. Bystander can have difficulty with sex recognition.
