Dear applicant, Thanks a lot for your desire and courage to apply for the leadership position of organizer of Win. Co’ 16. It is already a brave step! Win. Co is a big educational conference for new members AIESEC and for the whole Local Committee of Moscow. This year we are planning to organize a truly amazing event, which will bring 170 delegates together to discover their potential and gain new knowledges and skills. 170 delegates base near Moscow 20 -21 February an opportunity to develop yourself and get new skills

CC VP raising Job Description • Raising a place for the conference on appropriate conditions • Raising transport (if needed) • Writing thanks letters after the conference with the support of the CCP Requirements • • • Negotiation Selling skills Creativity Team work Budget-management Ability to plan and work with deadlines

CC VP delegates Job Description • Collecting and accounting delegates’ fee • Servicing of delegates during the conference (placing them in rooms and etc) • Meeting the delegates and supporting them to the place of conference • Managing delegates database, vk chats with them and collecting documents (if needed) Requirements • Negotiation • Team work • Communication skills • Responsibility

General Questions 1. Please, give us your name and contact information (mail, vk link, telephone number. 2. Why do you work in AIESEC and what roles have you taken in organization? 3. Why it is important for you to be a CC VP on the conference? 4. What are you two strong and two weak sides and how will they help you (or prevent you from achieving your goals) while organizing a conference?

Functional Questions 1. CC VP logistics: Which initiatives do you have to provide delegates with coffee-breaks? Please, write 4 initiatives. What in you opinion are musthaves (in terms of logistics) for every conference (write at least 6 of them)? 2. СС VP raising: Which base in your opinion is the best for AIESEC conference? Write at least 10 features it has or lacks. How will you persuade the base administration to work with us for the price which is lower then its usual (if the situation like this happens)? 3. СС VP delegates: How are you going to manage the work with delegates before and on the conference? (3 statements). Imagine that in the morning of the second day one of delegates decides to leave and asks his many for the second day back. What would you do? 4. СС VP promo: How will you organize online promo? Write 5 initiatives. How will you inspire the current members of LC and alumni to come to the conference?
