“What it means to love"
It is not enough to tell someone you love them on a regular basis if there is no passion and fire behind the statement. We often say the words, “I love you” without really feeling the meaning of them. Yeah we know the words mean, ”You matter to me. I care about what happens to you. I think you’re pretty cool. ” But there is so much more to it then that. When we are first falling in love, we think about the ideas of what that means. We analyze the relationship and each other.
We really look at what is developing and we evaluate whether or not it is safe to say those three little words. It is a big deal to make the decision to say it to someone else. How will they receive it? Do they feel the same way? Will they say, “I love you, too” or will they mumble something about having a meeting they forgot about? After the relationship is going along successfully, we forget to really think about what it means to still be saying, “I love you” to the other person.
Love is an emotion of a strong affection and personal attachment. Love is also said to be a virtue representing all of human kindness, compassion, and affection — "the unselfish loyal and benevolent concern for the good of another". Love may describe compassionate and affectionate actions towards other humans, one's self or animals.
In English, love refers to a variety of different feelings, states, and attitudes, ranging from pleasure to interpersonal attraction ("I love my partner"). "Love" may refer specifically to the passionate desire and intimacy of romantic love, to the emotional closeness of familial love, to the platonic love that defines friendship, or to the profound oneness or devotion of religious love, or to a concept of love that encompasses all of those feelings. In addition, this diversity of uses and meanings, combined with the complexity of the feelings involved, makes love unusually difficult to consistently define, compared to other emotional states.
14 Fabruary On this day, people celebrating special holiday: give each other gifts, speak good words, spend quality time together. As for me, it is very nice. I like to see, when people love each others, support each other both mentally and physically. In each country, Saint Valentine's Day is celebrated in different ways and has its unique and original tradition. Another interesting thing to say about celebrating Valentine's Day in the UK is that the British are sending love letters not only to friends and acquaintances, but also their pets.
Some Proverb about Love § "If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. § "And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. § "If I give away all I have, and if I deliver my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing.
The first I want to say about Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful. It is not arrogant or rude. Love does not insist on its own way. It is not irritable or resentful. It does not rejoice at wrong, but rejoices in the right.
