(Passed on 09/28/10 but not yet been signed by the President. ) • New FAR regulations related to the awarding of sole-source contracts to service-disabled veteran-owned small business. July 2010 • New FAR contract requirement that federal contractors and certain subcontractors report executive compensation of senior management on a public website. July 2010 • New DOL requirement that federal contractors and all subcontractors advise their employees that they have a right to form and join a union.
