• KEYWORDS • Keywords are your unique SMS identity. They are the words that your customers will use to identify the service that you are offering. The scope of these keywords are limitless. When choosing a keyword, remember that when customers require a service, be it subscribing to your information offering or trying their hand at competitions you are running, they would prefer sending as short an SMS as possible, so plan your keywords accordingly. Once you have your own keyword – you are able to set-up sub-keywords at no extra charge! For example you take the main keyword John, you could then register your sub keyword as Smith, or contact. People who sms your sub-keyword are then able to get back a response based on what you have setup in the SMSS control panel Possibly the best example of this is the management of a ‘competition’ where participants are required to SMS the answer to the easy to remember number and then either be prompted to follow additional steps, or just be entered automatically into the competition. All information sent to SMSS is stored on the server from which databases can be created, information mined, reports generated, or numbers stored for the ‘legal’ reuse thereof • •
Examples of SMSS services in action Instant response system If you own an estate agency or car dealership, then why not advertise your unique keyword on your for-sale boards. THE SMSS AGENCY Each SMSS agency owns his own exclusive area with the following income potential: • 10 c for each sms sent in his exclusive area • R 1. 50 for each sms sent in his area, when people use our SMS Classifieds section • R 795 + VAT for each business that signs up with SMSS • From R 40 to R 110 PER MONTH for every signed up business in his area • 50% of ad space in the A 5 SMSS booklet Agency pricing: R 45 000 – R 250 000 (Depending on the area) Should an Agency be bought for say; R 75 000 the Agency needs only to sell to 94 businesses in TOTAL to recover ALL costs. That’s without the sms-income (R 0. 10 + R 1. 50 p/sms), monthly income (R 40 – R 100 x 94 p/m) and ad space in the A 5 booklet. Agency’s potential income is more than R 1, 000 per annum INCLUDED in the price: SMSS head office will advertise, interview and train all consultants and the Agency owner SMSS Head office is so convinced about the Agency’s potential, that should the Agency not recover his investment within the 1 st 12 months, that they would buy the Agency back!
