LESSON : 11 “ WHO IS CLEVER? ” Q. Name some animals. A. Lion, Tiger, Fox, Camel, Rabbit, Dog, Cat, Cow, Buffalo, Goat, Bear, Cheetah, Monkey, Elephant, Giraffe, Zebra etc. Q. Select Wild Animals from this list. A. Lion, Tiger, Fox, Cheetah, Elephant, Camel, Giraffe, Zebra. 6

Once the Lion invited all the animals to a grand feast. The animals like Tiger, Cheetah, Camel, Fox, Rabbit, Giraffe and the Birds like Weaver bird and Peacock. The Lion welcomed all the animals to the feast and told them to give their introduction. 7

First of all the Weaver bird stood and said (Humbly) “ I’m a small weaver bird. I can weave a nest. My nest is very good. Rain and storm can not break it”. 8

(Proudly) I’m Peacock. I’ve colourful feathers. I’m a great dancer. People stop a while to watch me dancing. I’m the national bird. 9

(Jumping up and down) Hello! I’m Cheetah. I run very fast. Some of us can have a race, if you like. 10

(Growling) I’m Tiger. I’m very strong and brave. I look grand. I’m the national animal. 11

(Feeling superior) I’m camel. I’m the ship of desert. I can walk on hot sand. I can do without water and food for days. 12

(Who was listening to them) “I. ’m Fox. I have nothing to say about me, but I want to have a friendly race. Let’s see who wins the race”. 13

All the animals ran but fox remained there. The fox was having a good meal alone. . . 14

At last he was dancing and asked to all “ WHO IS CLEVER…. ” 15
