One of the largest Alcohol Manufacturing plant in the Country having Multiple facilities like Molasses based Alcohol , Grain based Alcohol , Malt Spirit , Ethanol , Liquor Bottling , Captive Power Generation , Captive bottle printing plant , Malt & Grain spirit Maturation & Bio composting.

Most modern molasses based Super fine quality Alcohol plant of 70 Million Ltrs per annum with DCS based Multipressure distillation. Plant have the facility to produce triple distilled extra neutral alcohol directly from fermented wash.

Grain based alcohol plant of 30 Million ltrs per annum having own milling facility of multiple grains.

Malt Spirit Production Plant of 1 Million Ltrs per annum, alongwith the equivalent maturation facility to mature spirits in 5000 casks of oak wood barrels of 200 ltrs each.

Fully integrated effluent disposal system having zero discharge with Bio gas generation , RO Plants , Holding Lagoons & Bio composting

State of art bottling plant having fully automatic high speed bottling lines with the capacity to bottle 10 Million Cases of 12 bottles of 750 ml each in a year.

100% In-house power generation facility of 7 MW with the own bio gas generated from the plant effluent.

In house extraction & purification of Carbon dioxide having facility to produce food grade Co 2.

Well stablished Supply Chain arrangement so as to ensure timely availability of raw / packaging material & supplies of bottled products.

Strict quality control & internal check systems for all incomming and outgoing material in our own R & D centre , with the help of latest equipments like GLC , HPLC , Spectro Photo Meter and Densito Meter & highly qualified Quality control officers.

Utmost safety precautions with three tier security checks. Smoke detectors across the plant. Close Circuit cameras Own trailer pump with multiple water points.

Absolutely clean & Hygenic conditions are maintained across the plant. Regular spray is done through the Pest Control Staff.

300 highly qualified young professionals including Chemical engineers , MBAs , technocrates & CAs alongwith 500 Contractual labourers , work in a most cordial atmosphere.
