Career Readiness Certificate Levels of Readiness: § GOLD – A person can perform in over 80% of more than 2000 occupations already profiled by ACT § SILVER – A person can perform in over 60% of more than 2000 occupations already profiled by ACT § BRONZE – A person can perform in over 30% of more than 2000 occupations already profiled by ACT
New Method of Communicating Skills Mathematics – Gold Level In addition to the skills at the previous levels, persons with Level 5 skills can: ü Look up and calculate single-step conversions within English or non-English systems of measurement or between systems of measurement. ü Calculate using mixed units and several steps of logic. ü Calculate perimeters and areas of basic shapes. ü Calculate percentage discounts and markups. ü Determine what information, calculations, and unit conversions are needed to find a solution.
