People need food to be energetic and strong.
Overeating and unhealthy food are bad for people’s health.
We need vitamins to be healthy
English people say : “An apple a day keeps the doctor away”.
Fruit, vegetables, porridge, meat and fish are good for your health.
But food sometimes can damage our health.
Sweet things are bad for your teeth.
Fast food: hamburgers, hot dogs, chips and cola can make you fat and sick.
Remember: We eat to live but we don’t live to eat!
