Changes to services in Watford & Three Rivers Adult Community Mental Heath Services Review: Changes to services in Watford & Three Rivers Adult Community Mental Heath Services Review: • Pilot in the SW was successful • needs led’ rather than ‘service led’ § 3 team model to be rolled out on a quadrant by quadrant basis from 2 Dec. Colne House § New community hub based in Upton Road in Watford § Learning Disabilities; Crisis Assessment and Treatment Team (CATT); Older Adults; Adult Mental Health (Teams 1 & 3) Children and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) • Significantly improve the safety and quality of service delivery • Increase capacity of Adolescent Outreach Teams • Launch a new clinical model of Community CAMHS
