Group 25. 17 • « 25/17» (earlier «Iezekiil 25: 17» ) — the Russian rap group created Pale, by the founder of a label «the AMBUSH (the West Siberian House of Hip-hop) production» , in 2002 in Moscow. Participants - Andrey Pozdnuhov (Pale) and Anton Zavyalov (Ант), comes from Omsk.
Group history • The group « 25: 17» has been created by Iezekiil 2002 in Moscow and till 2009 was known under such name. In 2009 the name was reduced to « 25/17» . The group has been compelled to reduce the name because it was difficult to tele-presenters and journalists to utter the name. The group name occurs from a bible verse from the book of antiquated prophet Iezekiilja (chapter 25: a verse 17) which is quoted by character Semjuelja L. Jackson in a film "Pulp fiction". Reason for a choice of a name of group was three. The first: we took an excellent fragment from the Bible, and, for me it is words about love which God shows to us. And now everyone has a chance to learn about It, without testing Its anger. The second – a film "Pulp fiction" where this fragment is quoted, truth, in the deformed variant. And the third reason that from a film group Cypress Hill favourite by us used those words in the track "make movement"

I have chosen this group, because • I « 25/17» love both for that, and for another, and for the third, to me is easier. However, there is at all a hope, and not unreasonable confidence that people with equal gratitude perceiving an Omsk command in its lyrical form, and in brutalno-aggressive – the majority.
