“War history of my family” This year we celebrate 70 years since the day of the victory in the second world War. For me, this war was a historical event which had happened many years ago. And only now I am conscious that all my great grandfathers and greatgrandmothers have been active participants of those far events. All four of my Great grand-father took part in the war, Great grand-mothers worked in the home front, grew up children. Nobody of them is alive now. Everything I could find out about their life from memories of grandfathers and grandmothers when they were small children during the war. When front line soldiers were alive the seldom recollected the war and did not tell mush about it.
• My father’s father Novikov Mitrophan Mikhailovich 1920 -1947 was born in the village Butyrki Chekhovskiy district Moscow region. My granny doesn’t remember in what troops he had fought. She only remembers a helmet of a pilot or a tanker. Great-grandfather was retired because of the disease and died at the age of 27 years. My grandmother was only 6 years old that time.
• Lukiyanov Ivanovich 1915 -1997 was born in the village Konstantinovo in Ryazanksaya region , being a countryman of Sergey Esenin. Then the family moved to the town Chelov , where grandfather was taken to the involuntary service in 1936 -1938 to the Far East. When the war began Ivanovich worked at the factory which was avocuated to Kuibyshev and he had a reservation till September 1942. When Stalingrad battle began he was released from reservation and grandfather was sent to Stalingrad front as a driver. In Stalingrad there were splinters everywhere on the projectiles. In December 1943 Lukiyanov Ivanovich was awarded with the medal “For defence of Stalingrad” • After Stalingrad my grandfather fought as a driver of a Governance of the 3 d independent destructive antitank artillery brigade on the West, Belorusskii, the 4 th Ukraine fronts. In Internet I found out comendation lists to the Conspicuous Gallantry Medal and to the order “Red Star” where his exploits are described. In the fights for Czechoslovakia he showed bravery and courage. In the battle near Sechovtse under heavy gunfire he brought urgent combat order and supplied with timely fulfilment. December 1944.
• My Greatgrandfather Lukiyanov Ivanovich finished his military service on the West Ukraine without any wounding and contusions, worked as a driver till the pension, grew up 3 sons, died when he was 82. Unfortunately I have never seen him. • Mother's grandfather Malikov Nikolai Nikolaevich 1907 -1942 was born in the town “White Church” in Voronezhskay region, then the family moved to the town Kamyshin of Stalingradskaya region. Then he went to the front, his son was 3. My Great grandfather perished in Stalingrad in 1942.
• I want to say “thank you very much” to my great grandfathers-soldiers and greatgrandmothers toilers and everyone who carried on their broad shoulders of the war and won. • It's a great exploit of all the war generation.
