WV State Ramp Up Plans n n May hire additional staff and/or consider contracting out some of the training and monitoring responsibilities Have had several calls of people inquiring about working with WAP n n WVU part time professor – also Green Advantage certified and LEED accredited Home Inspectors Contractors Ex training and monitoring staff
