Biography Vladimir V. Salnikov - famous Soviet swimmer, fourtime Olympic champion and multiple world champion, Europe and the world record holder. Honored Master of Sports of the USSR (1978), a graduate of sport school "Screen", played for CSKA. Since February 2010 - the president of the Russian Swimming Federation.
