The needed law is in the form of “Announcement from the Ministry of Education” to be published in the Royal Gazette. The Announcement have been - drafted - presented to public hearing - modified - scrutinized by many
So, we are hoping that the new Minister of Education will kindly take prompt action to sign the Announcement and have it published in the Royal Gazette, so that Thailand can be ahead of
