The rules to conduct a survey 1. Ask one piece of information at a time. 2. Use short and simple sentences. 3. Avoid（避免，避开）negative(否定的 sentences. 4. Use precise(清晰的, 精确的)language. 5. Give specific(详细而精确的；明确的) references. 6. Make sure people have the necessary knowledge to answer.
