The purpose of the work: identification of key youth issues, youth unemployment, to determine ways to solve problems.
To fulfill the purpose, tasks were as follows: • Summarize provisions on the nature, place and role of unemployment as a socio-economic phenomenon; • Analyze the scope and level of unemployment; • Identify problems of young people in general, and especially in the labor market; • Improve software approaches to expand employment and limiting unemployment among young people.
Unemployment - a socio - economic phenomenon in which part of the working population can not find work, it is relatively abundant, filling up the reserve army of labor.
There are two main types of unemployment: • natural; • forced. There are the following types of unemployment: • Friction • Structured • Repeat • Season
Economists believe that the unemployment rate in developed economies due to two main reasons: • seeking work; • inflexibility of wages; • inadequate aggregate demand.
Youth problems 1. Issue value rates in higher education 2. Employment of young women 3. Too low wages in the country in general 4. Disorganization leisure, outside study time young people 5. Lack of residence
Proposals to address the problem of youth unemployment: • quoting jobs for graduates • Temporary employment practice for disposable work • use of the employment services • must create and implement a program of job creation especially for young professionals • retraining of specialists in the employment service and in universities • create specialized labor exchanges Youth
