Established Community Watch on the Water (CWOW) IOT enable fishermen to patrol their own waters • Gaining Access – Opened access to ungoverned spaces to Tanzanian government and US Embassy • Building Partner Capacity – Trained Comorian military for Africa Union Peacekeeping missions MCAT in Lamu/Manda Bay, Kenya moving out for KLE in Kiunga and Siyu fishing villages.
