Detailed Process Flow Step 1: Appointment Booking ü Please send a mail request for Cervical Cancer Vaccination to dhananjay. pandit@paramounttpa. com and ciinsurance@ciena. com. ü Fill & submit the required details in the mail (Name, Age, Employee ID) with a buffer of 5 working days & select center. Step 2: Appointment Confirmation ü You will receive a confirmation mail for the appointment within 3 working days. ü All relevant information pertaining to Cervical Cancer Vaccination will be discussed in the mail. Step 4: Cervical Cancer Vaccination ü Present the confirmation letter and your corporate ID for verification @ Health 4 u Desk. ü Make the payment in cash/card and get the vaccination inoculated , as specified. Step 5: Reimbursement ü File your reimbursement after the successful completion of 3 doses of the vaccine. ü Reimbursement process is same as medi-claim reimbursement.
