Net • Training Results and Information Network • USAID internet based tool for gathering and reporting data on trainees and for maintaining compliance w/ US Gov visa requirement • Enter data – create record in USAID database-1 st step for DS 2019* • DS 2019 Certificate of eligibility for exchange visitor (J 1) status Will be generated as a result of the data entered into Trai. Net I • Trai. Net Web is USAID; s direct link to the Dept of Homeland Security’s SEVIS system. • Thru Trai. US based Training : Form 10 -A - Submit at least 90 days prior to the program start date Need passport picture page 4 Parts: Trainee, Trainee for visa, Program, Funding info Forward DS 2019 to ME - 2. 3 rd Country Training : Form 10 -B - - Any 3 rd country trainee Report data at least quarterly into Trai. Net Prefer to get the form 15 days prior to starting date 3 parts: Trainee, Program, Funding info 3.
