1. Tourist formalities are the procedures related to the observation of certain conditions, rules 1. Tourist formalities are the procedures related to the observation of certain conditions, rules and requirements established by the public authorities of the country of entry and stay by the tourists and persons crossing the state border. Tourist formalities include a number of requirements and regulations related to the rules of entry and stay of foreign tourists on the territory of the state.

THESE DOCUMENTS ARE VALID FOR TRAVELING TO ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD AND ARE THESE DOCUMENTS ARE VALID FOR TRAVELING TO ANY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD AND ARE THE PROPERTY OF THE STATE OFUKRAINE. THE SEAFARERS ' IDENTITY DOCUMENT MAY ALSO BE ISSUED TO A SEAFARER OF ANOTHER STATE WHO IS SERVING ON THE BOARD OF A VESSEL REGISTERED ON SERVING THE TERRITORY OF UKRAINE OR REGISTERED IN THE EMPLOYMENT SERVICE OF UKRAINE (VALID FOR 5 YEARS + 5 YEARS). THE EMBASSIES USUALLY DO NOT WORK WITH SEAFARER'S IDENTITY DOCUMENT WHILE ORGANIZING TOURIST TRIPS.

BIOMETRIC PASSPORT IS AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT PROVING THE IDENTITY AND CITIZENSHIP OF THE OWNER BIOMETRIC PASSPORT IS AN OFFICIAL DOCUMENT PROVING THE IDENTITY AND CITIZENSHIP OF THE OWNER WHEN CROSSING THE STATE BORDERS AND WHEN STAYING ABROAD. THE DIFFERENCES OF BIOMETRIC PASSPORTS FROM THE CONVENTIONAL ONES : 1) A BUILT-IN CHIP ENABLING A REMOTE READING OF INFORMATION WHICH CONTAINS A TWO-DIMENSIONAL PICTURE OF THE OWNER AND HIS/HER DETAILS: SURNAME, PATRONYMIC, DATE OF BIRTH, PASSPORT NUMBER, ISSUANCE PATRONYMIC AND EXPIRY DATE; 2) POSSIBILITY TO STORE SPECIFIC BIOMETRIC INFORMATION (PATTERN OF THE IRIS OR FINGERPRINTS) IN THE CHIP. HE INFORMATION ABOUT THE OWNER IS T INCLUDED ONLY UPON THE WRITTEN REQUEST AND IS REQUIRED FOR TRAVEL TO CERTAIN COUNTRIES; 3) CHILDREN CAN NOT BE INCLUDED INTO A BIOMETRIC PASSPORT. FOR TRAVELING ABROAD IT IS NECESSARY TO ISSUE A PERSONAL PASSPORT FOR A CHILD OF ANY AGE.

A LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ISSUING A BIOMETRIC PASSPORT: 1) INTERNAL PASSPORT; 2) A LIST OF DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR ISSUING A BIOMETRIC PASSPORT: 1) INTERNAL PASSPORT; 2) IDENTIFICATION CODE; 3) A CERTIFICATE FROM THE MILITARY REGISTRATION AND ENLISTMENT OFFICE OR MILITARY ID (ONLY FOR MEN UP TO 25 YEARS). BIOMETRIC PASSPORTS CAN ONLY BE RECEIVED BY THE CITIZENS OF KRAINE. U IF A UKRAINIAN PERSON IS REGISTERED AS A CITIZEN OF ANOTHER STATE AND HAS RECEIVED A RELEVANT PASSPORT, HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REGISTER A BIOMETRIC PASSPORT AND QUALIFY FOR A VISA-FREE TRAVEL TO UROPE. IN E PARTICULAR THIS APPLIES TO THE PEOPLE WHO ADOPTED THE CITIZENSHIP OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND INHABITANTS OF RIMEA WHO RECEIVED THE C RUSSIAN PASSPORTS.
