Probiy is a waterfall on the Prut River, in Yaremche City, Ivano. Frankivsk Oblast, Ukraine. Probiy is 8 metres (26 ft) high and is one of the most powerful waterfalls in the Ukrainian Carpathians.
The waterfall was significantly higher during the 19 th century. The waterfall lost its height as the channel leading up to it was deepened. [1] There have been fatalities from people falling into the water onto rocks near the waterfall. The Probiy waterfall is a popular local place for kayakers and rafters.
Described by Stow (1598) as a “proper thing”, St Michael’s Wood Street in Cripplegate Ward was the hurried burial site for the head of King James IV of Scotland[1] (Huelin, 1996). First mentioned in 1225 (Harben, 1919)[2] the church was destroyed in the Great Fire of London (Reynolds, 1922) and rebuilt after some pressure (Hallows, 1974) by Sir Christopher Wren in 1673 (Whinney, 1971). The organ was built by Thomas Elliot in 1800 (Pearce, 1909). [3] In 1854 the declining residential population led to proposals to reduce the number of churches within the “Square Mile”

Suspension Bridge over the Prut The bridge length of 12 meters - another favorite tourist place. Here you can see how local daredevils without any strahivky jump into the very abyss waterfall, which has a pit depth of 30 meters. Such entertainment is very dangerous to life, we advise you not to try a repeat yourself. Better to just enjoy wonderful walks and scenery opens from the bridge. The city is situated in the center of Yaremche
