Problems of CR management systems usually have a bad interface In some cases customers need to assign the requests by themselves So, they’re bowled out by the necessity to deal with terribly structured excel tables
Problems of developers On the other hand there a lot of small development teams in different points of the world These teams should maintain the SW development, but they don’t have a sufficient infrastructure: Problems with internet connection Problems with communications Problems with money These teams desire to have a simple, well organized Baseline and CRM system which will allow to download the CRM base for the offline work (like GIT provides the access for source code)
Our proposed decision GIT-looking interface and interaction An ability to download your own version of CR Work with it Make a commits Intuitive user interface, CR as book An opportunity to view current CR base as a book An opportunity to edit it Opportunity to save achieved result
Our proposed decision The ability to work with CRs in a way you work with baselines To create the different versions of CRs and to maintain it. To create the cross-links between baselines (for instance, between dev and QA baselines) To provide user with a high speed of work (because of the system simplicity).
What do we propose An open source project All the rights for this project will be transferred to you at the end of the year An opportunity to play the different roles in this project (developer, QA, manger in the future).
