It recognizes that each of us has a limited perspective on the world and that together our tapestry of insights and virtues is greater than those of any one person, tribe or culture alone.

Tips for pupils 1. Respect the teacher's work and understand their role in our life clearly
2. Remember that teacher is also somebody's mother or grandmother. And there also must be some difficulties and problems in her life
3. Your teacher is your mentor, but not a tyrant. So, you can address her, if you don’t understand new theme on the lesson, for example.
4. It’s easy to lose confidence, but to return it is much more difficult. So, you must never lie to your teacher.
5. Do not be distracted by extraneous matter during the lesson. Be tolerant!
Tips for teachers 1. Find ways to motivate students to study. Explain that your subject will help them in their future profession
2. Enjoy being in the company of your students. They will understand your predisposition to them. Become a friend for your students!
3. Offer students interesting activities. It will increase their motivation and interest to your subject.
4 Understand, that each student is a personality with his own psychology , who also demands love and patience.
5. Always have your own opinion on everything happening around. Become not only a teacher, but also an adviser
