This is my family My family is not

This is my family. My family is not very big, just a typical family. We are 5. I have got a mother, a father, an elder sister, a younger brother and me. We have got also a dog and a cat.

It is my father. His name is Nikolay. He is forty-six years old. His hair is brown. His eyes are blue. He is handsome and athletic. He is kind, brave and understanding. He works at the Transport Company, he is a driver. His hobby is reading newspapers. He likes to watch TV.

My mother’s name is Tatyana. She is forty-one years old. Her hair is dark, her eyes are brown. She is good-looking. She is kind. She has a good sense of humour. My mum is a teacher of Spanish at the University. Gardening, knitting are her hobbies. She likes also to listen to classical music.

My grandparents are retired. They like gardening. They spend a lot of their time in the garden. They grow vegetables and fruits. We enjoy having fresh vegetables and green on our dinner table. I love my family very much. We always help each other. Everyone in my family is my best friend.

This is my younger brother. His name is Andrey. He is only five. He goes to the kindergarten near our house. His hair is blond and wavy. He has freckles on the face. He is very naughty and noisy. Sometimes he is lazy. But he helps our mum to water the flowers and dust. Andrey is fond of playing computer games, watching TV. In summer he likes to ride a bike, in winter he skies and plays hockey.

My elder’s sister name is Kate. She is thirteen. Kate is at 7 th form. She has brown hair and blue eyes. She is nice and pretty girl. She is the best pupil in her class. She is smart and very responsible. Kate is fond of writing poems and drawing pictures.

It’s me. My name is Sasha. I’m eleven. I’ m at 6 th form. My hair is blond, my eyes are brown. They say that I’m handsome. I’m serious and friendly. I’ve got a lot of friends. We like to spend time together. We walk in the park, go to the cinema and play football. I like to study at school. My favourite subjects are Maths and IT.

I like my family very much. We are typical Russian family. My family is close, friendly and hospitable. We like to spend spare time together. We like to do sports. In summer we travel by bike and enjoy sights, go fishing, gather berries and mushrooms.
