Caribbean Integration Programme The University of the West Indies must play a leading role Caribbean Integration Programme The University of the West Indies must play a leading role in the Caribbean Integration Process – intellectually, spiritually, and in practical ways. Proposal: Formal Programme for an exchange of students between Campus countries and from UWI-12 countries, for periods of two weeks to one academic year.
