LESSON LEARNED AND INNOVATION • I have learnt that I can find partners to LESSON LEARNED AND INNOVATION • I have learnt that I can find partners to solve problems in the community. • as opposed to always seeking funds from Government. As Area Councillor, I can mobilise resources to meet some of the challenges the ward is facing. • Women can really foster development within the community • Patience is required when changing community views and traditional for example relating to gender equality. 50/50 BY 2015: DEMANDING A STRONG POST 2015 AGENDA

SUSTAINABILITY AND REPLICATION • Continue working with partners and identify more. • Pass on SUSTAINABILITY AND REPLICATION • Continue working with partners and identify more. • Pass on information to Councillors so that they can learn from my experience that other than CDF and WDF you can mobilise communities to act together and use local resources.
