Agenda for Change: 'geo differentiation' and 'sector concentration' DEVCO Geo differentiation: • A 4 C: EU to target its resources under geographical funds where they are needed most to address poverty reduction and where they could have greatest impact • This TP can intervene in all types of countries, tailoring intervention depending on country status (i. e. LDC, fragile, MICs, "graduated" countries). Sector concentration: • A 4 C: EU support under geo funds concentrated in 3 focal sectors + additional envelop for CSOs in ACP. • TP not bound to intervene only in the 3 sectors, … but maximising addedvalue & coordination with other instruments.
