How does the RCN Immigration Advice Service do this?
By staying up to date on immigration law. We are members of the Immigration Law Practitioners’ Association (ILPA) and the Joint Council for the Welfare of Immigrants (JCWI). By providing a safe, respectful and confidential environment safe within which to discuss immigration problems or queries. By maintaining a comprehensive, up to date supply of all necessary Immigration forms and explanatory notes on site. By offering an honest, free assessment of immigration situation and advice. By ensuring you receive expert guidance and – where appropriate – representation on immigration matters.
