The Perm college of Building construction is located in 59 Komsomolskaya avenue Perm The style of college is classic because it’s big fronton is supported by semi-collumns. This building is four-storeyd. The most of rooms are purposed for educating students. Its form includes 3 rectangular shapes. The long axis of the building is orientated North-South. This orientation is maximize the area exposed to the sun. The site has vehicular access from the west The Front faces the East to Komsomolskaya avenue. The rear is orientated to the West Also from the West the college has a parking area The length of the building is about 90 metres. The width is approximately 50 m. Also from the back there is a bay window. There are three building components Roof The roof is a necessary component of practically every building. It serves to protect the interior of the buiding from rain, snow, wind and cold. Our college has a sloping roof. The roof consists of roof structure and covering. Roof structure is made up from slabs and beams. It is made from concrete

Floor At the college the wearing surface is made of different materials. Floor in the corridors is made of cement.
