Nowadays students prefer video lessons and multitasks to ordinary lectures
Our favorite assignments are presentations, posters and role-play games

To reduce the risk of health problems you should: - use devices less than two hours in a row - every 25 -30 minutes give rest to your eyes, for example look out the window - to make a break for at least 15 -20 minutes every two hours -the total time of using devices is 5 -6 hours a day
