How our country tries to solve these problems? • The Government attracts new talented young scientists, raising salaries. . • Scientists have a chance to work and live abroad, then implement projects in Russia. • New laboratories with modern equipment are built. • The Government tries to encourage scientists, giving different awards.
«Scientific and pedagogical labour force for an innovative Russia» The government launched this program to encourage our scientists working abroad to return, take leadership of scientific teams and implement research projects in Russia. The projects were selected on the basis of competitions. The winners include our compatriots living and working in 22 foreign countries.
Implementation of the program is expected to: • improve the quality of age and qualification structure of human resources for science • improve the quality of higher education and high-tech • increase professorial magistral staff of the highest qualification • increase of highly qualified researchers
