The main purpose of this work is analysis the employment of the graduates of economic sciences faculty of Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University and to do conclusions from this question. It is at last, students believe that opportunities to take difficult tasks, the practice of their study, the development of deep understanding subject and efforts will bring to academic progress.

Question employments in Ukraine very global. Students successful, because they supervise the environment of study. Learning must used in three different degrees of education. On first stage of - in the course initial study, on another stage - when are made up my mind problems, what arise during preparation and the conduct of third stage, when they attempt to teach others.

The leading role of economics department of Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University in system of professional economists in the city is caused: - Diversification of economic education; - Existence of the modern economic specialties which representatives are necessary in a modern transitional economy of Ukraine;

- Use of the international experience in area of theory and methodology of economic disciplines; - Introduction of two education levels of experts (bachelor, expert or master); - Geographical student's structure; - Qualitative structure of students (at economy faculty applicants were with higher points, than a GPA of applicants of other educational institutions of economic specialties);

- The organization of department of city and regional student's competition in economy and the considerable competition; - The best professors among other regional economic universities; - Considerable material resources for preparation of modern experts in the field of economy.

Through internationalization of education, development of training programs and expansion of the rights and opportunities of student's self-government of the Black Sea state university it is directed on improvement of public life in the Nikolaev area and Ukraine as a whole. His graduates successfully compete in all areas, their experience and will be a public spirit for people who will offer the time and knowledge for development of civil society in Ukraine.

Problem of employment of young specialists Today in the period of a serious economic crisis young people really need some kind of instruction. Within the service center of career which is constructed on Peter Mogily's standard Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University in the June, 2009, one of which tasks is assistance of employment of students. Intention to provide to students the help in job searches and future growth of professional competence.

All areas of cooperation with Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University to solve and prevent problems of employment of graduates were successful. Consequences of such work practical absence of graduates of Petro Mohyla Black Sea State University in lists of the unemployed is, they have very great demand in the market of specialties.
