Treasurer’s Report Notes regarding bank loan for light pole replacement: Loan repayment is based on a loan amount of $145, 000. $70, 191(42%) has been paid YTD from our reserves. It was our intent to repay ourselves $30, 000 to $40, 000 to include in loan. That would make the final loan amount $126, 931 ($30, 000 repayment) or $136, 931 ($40, 000 repayment) so our loan payment will most likely be a little lower or we can look at a 5 year vs 7 year payment plan. Total paid to Hucker will be $167, 122
