Engage · Inform · Inspire Learning Resources – the 3 E’s Essential, Extension & Evidence Alongside the high definition televisual learning programmes, we have three levels of learning assessment, with flexibility for the learning co-ordinator to decide on the appropriate level for each of their learners. Level One: Level Two: Level Three: Essential Assessment – a test of knowledge & understanding once the learner has viewed the programme – multiple choice, True/False etc. Extension Assessment – an opportunity for reflective practice & discussion between the learner & supervisor Evidence Assessment – tools for the supervisor to observe learning in practice & to record the development areas to be carried through to the next supervision meeting
