The Centre! Camera! Engine! 23. 06. -01. 07. 2017

General information The thematic shift “ The Centre! Camera! Engine!” has begun in the Development Centre of gifted children. It happened from 23 th of June to 1 st of July 2017. During this time, got acquainted with the peculiarities of film professions, wrote a scenario for a short movie on the topic and remove it according to all rules.

The festival of children's short film "Dawn“ was in the cinema “Zarya" in Kaliningrad. At the work event, which the children themselves filmed on the summer thematic shift “Centre! Camera! Motor! “, were evaluated. Experienced cinematographers-the second director Lyudmila Fogelgezang, theatre and film actor Yevgeny Tkachuk, the director and screenwriter Yevgeny Lalaev, the production designer Dmitry Tatarenko and others helped the children in producing. All the scenarios for which the movie were prepared by the children. In the paintings, problems of the relationship between children and parents were touched upon, the difficulties of the transitional age were considered. There was nothing without artistic pictures, thrillers and dramas. In all, nine works were presented at the festival. Experienced make-up artists Natalia Aitova and Marina Tereschenko, sound producer Asya Isakova, costume desighner Natalia Chepkasova had been helping young actors during this shift. The festival happened the 30 th of June. The partners of the Centre were Kaliningrad drama theatre and the Amber Hall theatre.

The shooting took place in different parts of Kaliningrad and its area-Central park, Ushakovo bay and bridge, drama theatre and in the territory of the Centre from 24 to 29 th of June.

27 th of June The parents’ day From the very beginning of the day, the entire shooting process was stopped, because, according to tradition, in the middle of the shift, parents visited their children. The participants of the film festival greeted those who were close to the festive concert, which they prepared the whole day. In the scenes, the guys talked about the lives of operators, directors and actors, shared funny stories and danced their favorite flash mobs. After the show, parents and children parted in master classes.
