Suntec City Convention Halls n n The halls offer the largest column-free meeting area in Asia, spanning 12, 000 square metres of total floor space. They can accommodate up to 10, 000 delegates in theatre-style seating or 10, 600 square meters of exhibition space. Exhibition Halls n n covering 12, 000 square meters of space that can be subdivided into four sections, the Hall has a floor loading capacity of 17. 5 KN/m² (approximately 350 lb/ft²) with a ceiling height 8. 5 m. Meeting Rooms n n A total of 31 meeting rooms, which can accommodate groups from 10 to 400 people. All rooms are fully equipped with state-of-the-art audio-visual, theatrical and lighting equipment. There is also a VIP Executive Suite featuring its own lounge and bar area that can seat up to 26 delegates.
