Relationship between relations of production and forces of production › It can distinguished from one other by different relationship between forces and relation of production › It is ability to determine the system of social relation arising from it › Each mode of production has specific relation of production › This process of production leads to formation of system of social relations
The relations of production Social relationship that arise directly out of process of production • It economically binds one class to other as between owner & non owner of means of production ›It determinate the control and capacity to process the production › Non owners are compelled to enter into relation of production for satisfying their economic needs
Material technical aspects of production as well as corresponding labor power and competencies required in production Includes mean of production and labor power forces and relations of production is interlinked and interrelated
Teaching about social formations Historical type of society Based on a particular method of production and acting as a stage of progressive development of the world history of mankind From the primitive system through the slave system, feudalism and capitalism to the communist system.
Teaching about social formations Distinguish one from the other period of history and reasoning instead of society in general examine the historical events within certain formations Reveal common and essential features of different countries at the same stage of development of production (eg , in capitalist Britain , France, Germany, the U. S. , etc. )
