SSA’s National Squad Strategy l SSA has appointed a National Coaching Director, Mr Dirk Lange l A National Squad Strategy has been developed and implemented: 5 Squads Swimming, 4 squads OWS l 100 swimmers & 16 Open Water Swimmers l 34 black swimmers & 4 black OWS l 40 female swimmer & 7 female OWS l 31 coaches (13 black) l 4
