Residential Green Building Ordinance July 2009 1. Owner contracts with a Green Point Professional Architect, Designer or certified Green Point Rater to design the project 2. The owner submits the project planning score sheet 3. The Town Building Department or a Green Point Professional conducts a plan check verification. 4. Inspection process: Rough inspections, Final inspection, Supporting documentation review, Performance testing. 5. The owner or contractor at the final of the project will compile documentation, calculates score, and submits final results with a project manual to The Town Building Department for verification 6. The owner or contractor obtains completed certificate from The Building department before the project will be finaled
