Supervisor Types of Volume There are six different types of volume: Personally Purchased Volume (PPV) • Personally Purchased Volume is the volume on orders purchased directly from Herbalife using your Herbalife Identification Number Downline Volume (DLV) • As a non-Supervisor, Downline Volume is volume placed directly from Herbalife by your downline Distributors, who are ordering between 25% to 42% discount. For Fully Qualified Supervisors, Downline Volume is credited as Personal Volume or Group Volume. Personal Volume (PV) • Volume purchased by you and all others in your downline organization, excluding any 50% orders by Qualifying Supervisors and Fully Qualified Supervisors Supervisor 1
Supervisor Types of Volume (cont’d) Group Volume (GV) • Orders purchased at a temporary 50% discount by Qualifying Supervisors in a Supervisor’s organization Total Volume (TV) • The combined total of Personal Volume plus Group Volume Organizational Volume (OV) • Volume on which a Supervisor is paid a Royalty Override Supervisor 2
Supervisor Qualification Methods There are three ways you can qualify for the Supervisor level: SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATION – Method #1 • Achieve 4, 000 Volume Points in one month • 1, 000 Volume Points must be unencumbered* SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATION – Method #2 • Achieve 2, 500 Volume Points in each of two consecutive months • 1, 000 Volume Points must be unencumbered* for each month SUPERVISOR QUALIFICATION – Method #3 • Achieve 5, 000 Volume Points within 12 months (of which a minimum of three months is required) • Up to 1, 000 Volume Points may be accumulated from DLV *Unencumbered Volume is volume not being used by anyone else in your downline for Supervisor qualification purposes. Supervisor One-Month Supervisor Qualification Using Method #1, you can accumulate 4, 000 Volume Points (VP) in one month to reach the Supervisor level. Supervisor Multiple Supervisor Qualification Using Method #1, multiple Distributors in your organization under the same lineage can qualify to Supervisor at once, as long as each Distributor has 1, 000 Unencumbered* Volume Points. In this example, Distributor B and C qualify, but Distributor A does not. Supervisor Accumulated Qualification – Example 1 Using Method #3, you can accumulate 5, 000 Volume Points within 12 months (of which a minimum of three months is required) to reach the Supervisor level. In this example, only PPV is used to meet the qualification requirement, but DLV can also be used, as shown in the next example. Remember, a minimum of 4, 000 Personally Purchased Volume Points is also required.
