Elements of labor activity 1. Types of work (intellectual and physical). Division is conditional as any physical work includes mental work, and intellectual a certain muscular activity. Physical work includes dynamic and statistical work. Statistical work is connected with isometric reduction of muscles at constant loadings. Brainwork includes emotional and cogitative components.
2. Factors of labor process: - motivation to work; - in the same way repeating activity; - the compelled working pose; - raised load of sight; - monotonian Period; - Gipokineziya; - psychoemotional pressure;

Adaptation of biorhythms. ► During work there is an adaptation of genetically determined biorhythms of systems of an organism, especially homeostatic level to a work rhythm. Includes actions: ► social character (work reorganization, educational and incentive measures); ► hygienic actions; ► delivery regulation; ► psychotherapy; ► physiotherapeutic actions (massage, hydrotherapeutic procedures, sauna, etc. ); ► methods of nonconventional medicine: stylostixis, yoga, respiratory gymnastics and so forth. ► the valueology or "behavioural medicine" the USA says that a healthy lifestyle (behavior) – pledge of effective work; ► "outdoor activities". ► Passive rest is less preferable in the conditions of modern production.
