State Transportation Acceleration Needs Account n n n For acceleration of state highways and State Transportation Acceleration Needs Account n n n For acceleration of state highways and freeways. $307 million statewide: 60% ($184 million) to the MAG region. Projects are required to be in the Regional Transportation Plan. Funds intended to supplement not supplant committed funding. MAG recommends projects to the State Transportation Board. MAG reports to House and Senate by December 15 th 2006.
