2011/12 Budget – state funding? : -10%, – SUNY allocation? : - $1 to 3 million – tuition? – new costs? : 1% raise, utilities etc. – budget development: very tight, very conservative, new revenues, and cuts – analyzing the enrolment drop: competition and clarity in recruitment to admission – separate the short term from long term – use our advantage and opportunity………
